- Send relevant practice materials or resources
- Make contact in an emergency, where necessary

Information is stored securely and accessed by Ian Backhouse only where needed to manage lessons, professional work and related communication.
5. Website analytics
Groove Precision uses privacy-friendly, first-party analytics to understand how the website is used. This records page visits, general country, device type, referring website and interactions such as lesson-enquiry or telephone links.
The analytics does not use cookies, does not store full IP addresses and does not collect names, email addresses or the contents of messages. A one-way anonymous identifier is used only to estimate visitor numbers. Analytics records are kept for up to 400 days. Browser “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals are respected.
